Return & Exchange Policy

At Meharbaan Fashion, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and quality products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our online store. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. The invoice should also be included in the return package.
  • Sale Items: Please note that products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Color Variations: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to photographic lighting, monitor settings, or fabric types. As such, items are not eligible for return based solely on color discrepancies.
  • Additional Items: Any extra fabric, patches, or embellishments mentioned in the product description will be included with the product. However, items used in promotional shoots are not included unless specified.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Exchanges

  • Size Exchanges: Full-priced items can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) by returning the product to our warehouse via a local courier service within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Meharbaan Fashion.
  • Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a full-priced product for another item, you can do so by sending the product back to our warehouse within 14 days. Any additional cost for the new item and courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • We offer free pick-up services for items that are defective or if the wrong product was delivered. You must report any such issues within 14 days of receiving your order. The replacement process, including pick-up and delivery, can take up to 3 weeks, depending on item availability.

Return Process

  2. Courier Information: Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to our warehouse.
  3. Condition of Item: Make sure the item is unused, with all tags and packaging intact, before sending it back.
  4. Assessment: Once we receive the returned item, our team will assess it. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange or issue store credit (e-currency), which is applicable online.

Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to follow washing instructions strictly. For unstitched articles, soaking and drying the fabric before sewing is recommended to minimize potential shrinkage.
  • The current exchange rate will apply to any refunds for exchanged items.
  • If the item being returned goes on sale during the return period, compensation will be calculated based on the current discounted price, not the original purchase price.

International Orders

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement after conducting a thorough investigation of your claim.
  • Claim Period: Any discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Refund Process: If the ordered product or size is out of stock, you will be offered store credit or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Current Exchange Rate: The current exchange rate will be applied to any refunds for international returns.

Refund Policy

Meharbaan Fashion follows a No Refund Policy. However, in exceptional circumstances—such as out-of-stock items or defective products—refunds may be processed. Here’s how it works:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately two weeks after processing. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at delivery, store credit (usable only on the website) will be issued once the returned item is received back at our warehouse.
  • Partial Refunds: In the case of out-of-stock articles, a partial refund can be issued (if requested) after the remaining items are shipped. If the entire order is canceled, the full refund will be processed within two weeks.
  • Current Exchange Rate: Any refunds processed will apply the current exchange rate at the time of the refund.
