Expected Delivery Time
Retail (Ready-to-Wear, Unstitched, Kids, Footwear):
- Within Pakistan: 7-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- International: 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
Couture:
- Custom Orders: 10-15 weeks (Once the order has been confirmed)
Address Modifications
Please note that once an order is placed—whether it’s Cash on Delivery (COD) or paid online—modifications to the shipping address are not permissible. We encourage you to double-check your address before completing your order to ensure timely delivery.

Order Confirmation and Payments
All orders placed from Monday to Friday will take up to 2 working days for confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak times or if there are delays in verifying your information, orders may face temporary delays.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we conduct a maximum of three confirmation calls to verify your order. If these calls go unanswered, your order will be canceled.
Online payments undergo a thorough fraud status check. If the payment is approved, the order will proceed to processing. Should there be any fraud status issues, the order will be automatically canceled.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payments will be collected upon delivery at the shipping address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please check your junk, spam, or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Shipping and Custom Duties
International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Please be aware that volumetric weight may be applicable depending on the size of your order. Any customs charges, duties, or taxes levied by your country’s authorities will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery for international orders.
Free International Shipping Criteria (Retail Articles Only):
- For USD Store: A flat fee of PKR 190 will be charged on all orders. Free international shipping for orders above 300 USD.
- For UK Store: A flat fee of PKR 190 will be charged on all orders. Free international shipping for orders above 300 GBP.
- For EU Store: A flat fee of PKR 190 will be charged on all orders. Free international shipping for orders above 300 EURO.
- For GCC Store: A flat fee of PKR 190 will be charged on all orders. Free international shipping for orders above 1,200 AED.
- For PK Store: A flat fee of PKR 190 will be charged on all orders.
Please note that free international shipping is not available for couture products.
Local Shipping (Within Pakistan): For all domestic orders, we charge a flat fee of PKR 190.
Order Cancellation and Modification
Orders can be canceled or modified upon customer request at any time before they enter the processing stage.
Meharbaan Fashion reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Out of stock items
- Pricing discrepancies
- Technical errors
- Declined payments by your authorized financial institution
- High return ratios
- Non-service areas
- Suspicious order history
